SERENITY SESSION

A Serenity Session is a 30 minute audio call, in which we hold a safe and personal space for you to receive some healing.

This comes to you in the form of guided meditation, guided visualisation, and remote energy healing.

It’s a beautifully relaxing space that is very nurturing and nourishing for your soul.

It helps you to feel relief from outer pressures and stress, and to connect with an inner sense of peace.

We do this as an audio call via Zoom, so that your session is enhanced with soothing background music, which deepens the relaxation effect.

You’ll be guided by my voice, which I’ll deliver in soothing and calming tones.

There’ll be some time in which we’ll use guided visualisation and guided meditation to help you relax more deeply.

There’ll be a period in which you’ll receive remote energy healing.

Remote energy healing can feel like warmth, tingling or buzzing, and it can produce a very tonifying effect throughout your whole body.
