Body Bliss is an incredible way of helping you feel a soothing sense of calmness and deep inner peace. I know others who have seen Claudio for years would have their beautiful experience to share but I am sharing my own personal experience here …

For a while I had been feeling overwhelmed by the daily pressures of life. Recently I was stressed out, foggy and unclear as I wasn’t centred, and I wasn’t grounded in my body. The topping on the cake was that I was in physical pain, much more than I realised.

Part of that was due to me neglecting my needs and I was starting to spiral out of control as it was affecting my emotional well-being.

I love receiving sessions from Claudio, but I tend not to ask often as I know he is busy. He’s more than happy to give me a treatment anytime I ask and need it, but I just kept waiting until there was a good time. That good time doesn’t miraculously happen though. I just have to make that commitment and prioritise that time for me. I know many of us can be guilty of not prioritising time for ourselves.

I recently made that commitment to myself, and reached out to receive a Body Bliss session from Claudio. He held such a beautiful, caring, nurturing, safe space. I don’t just say this lightly and just because he is my partner, but because I have experienced many relaxation sessions from other therapists, and I have never felt such deep profound shifts that stay with me for some time after the session.

I can say that after my Body Bliss session I felt a profound and deep sense of calm that I have not felt in a long time. I am more centred, not as triggered by small things, and feel I can just deal with things much better, and my outlook has been more positive. Incredibly the pain in my body is not as bad and I feel lighter physically and emotionally. I am so grateful to have received this session.
