Practice awareness by noticing the energy of thoughts and emotions that pass through you.

Do this by observing them and sensing how they make you feel.

Do they give you a sense of expansion or constriction?

Are they serving you, assisting you to live according to your true purpose and potential?

If you find they’re not, make a conscious decision to not identify yourself with these thoughts and feelings.

View them from the place of an observer, watching yourself having the experience of those thoughts and emotions.

This provides you with a window of opportunity to experience relief from those thoughts and emotions when they are not serving you.
