Inspiration to see yourself in a higher way

There is a place inside you that has the ability to transform how you perceive yourself and the world from the inside out.

Inspiration has the capacity to help you connect with this place.

Inspiration helps you reach a higher ground inside yourself, from which your Spirit and Soul can make a stronger connection with you, and from which their influence can have greater positive flow-on effects.

Inspiration can come spontaneously and naturally – during moments when your Soul can reach into your awareness.

Or you can create it for yourself, through will power, intent, and the right point of focus.

A focus statement is like an affirmation, and offers you a point of focus, from which this greater connection can be made.

The right focus statement can invite you to perceive yourself in a higher way.

A higher perception of yourself inherently invites a higher vibration.

And a higher vibration helps you transcend limited thinking or perception that may be keeping you stuck in fear, or fearful ways of seeing your world.

Through embracing a more expansive and empowering perception of who you are, beyond the reflection you see in the mirror, you can quite literally transform how you experience your life.

Focus statements for perceiving yourself in a higher way

Try some of these focus statements for yourself.

Choose one that you resonate with, or which stirs something inside you when you read it.

Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and while being very present, keep repeating the focus statement silently or out loud.

Don’t rush the words; feel them as they come through you.

Allow the energy and vibration of the words of the focus statement do their work on you.

1. I am honoured in the eyes of God and the Divine

2. I don’t have to be perfect; my purpose is to be the person my Soul wants me to be

3. I am Divine Love pouring through my Soul, and into my heart

4. The world needs me to be my Light / The world is in need of my Light

5. My Soul is with me in every moment

6. I lean on God and my Soul in my times of need

7. God shines through my Soul, and my Soul shines through me

8. I share my life with my Soul

9. My Divine Essence is sacred and holy

10. The purpose of my life is to allow my Soul to shine Divine Love through me. How I do that is up to me.

11. The Divine shines through me

12. No matter how many mistakes I make, or how many times I fall from Grace, the depth of patience and forgiveness from God and my Soul is limitless

If you’re really serious, set up a regular chime or reminder on your phone (ie every hour, 2 hours or 4 hours), and spend a couple of minutes each time with your focus statement.

Use the same one or mix it up a bit.

Allow this practice to uplift and inspire you to a new normal of how you perceive yourself.
